REGMAP_I2C is not a user visible kconfig symbol so driver configs
should not "depend on" it. They should depend on I2C and then
select REGMAP_I2C.
If this worked, it was only because some other driver had set/enabled
REGMAP_I2C.

These drive enclosures have firmware bugs that make it impossible to mount
a new virtual ISO image after Linux ejects the old one if the device is
locked by Linux. Windows bypasses this problem by the fact that they do
not lock the device. Add a quirk to disable device locking for these
drive enclosures.

In the testcase pty04, The first process call the write syscall to send
data to the pty master. At the same time, the workqueue will do the
flush_to_ldisc to pop data in a loop until there is no more data left.
When the sender and workqueue running in different core, the sender sends
data fastly in full time which will result in workqueue doing work in loop
for a long time and occuring softlockup in flush_to_ldisc with kernel
configured without preempt. So I add need_resched check and cond_resched
in the flush_to_ldisc loop to avoid it.

Add an rq private RQF_ELV flag, which tells the block layer that this
request was initialized on a queue that has an IO scheduler attached.
This allows for faster checking in the fast path, rather than having to
deference rq->q later on.
Elevator switching does full quiesce of the queue before detaching an
IO scheduler, so it's safe to cache this in the request itself.

We set BIO_TRACKED unconditionally when rq_qos_throttle() is called, even
though we may not even have an rq_qos handler. Only mark it as TRACKED if
it really is potentially tracked.
This saves considerable time for the case where the bio isn't tracked:
2.64% -1.65% [kernel.vmlinux] [k] bio_endio

It's been a while since this was analyzed, move some members around to
better flow with the use case. Initial state up top, and queued state
after that. This improves my peak case by about 1.5%, from 7750K to
7900K IOPS.

For some reason we still have them in blk-core, with the rest of the
request completion being in blk-mq. That causes and out-of-line call
for each completion.
Move them into blk-mq.c instead, where they belong.

If we're completing nbytes and nbytes is the size of the bio, don't bother
with calling into the iterator increment helpers. Just clear the bio

At the moment, our command thread can be killed by user space.
[root@host ]# kill `pidof RTW_CMD_THREAD`
The driver will then stop working until the module is unloaded
and reloaded.
Don't process SIGTERM in the command thread. Other drivers that have a
command thread don't process SIGTERM either.

Commit aefb1fc5c1 ("staging: r8188eu: odm BoardType is never set")
clarified that the odm board type is always 0.
The CheckCondition functions extract the board type from the hex
parameter and stores it in _board. For _board == 0,
(_board == cond) && cond != 0x00 is always false. Remove the checks.

Turn iov_iter_fault_in_readable into a function that returns the number
of bytes not faulted in, similar to copy_to_user, instead of returning a
non-zero value when any of the requested pages couldn't be faulted in.
This supports the existing users that require all pages to be faulted in
as well as new users that are happy if any pages can be faulted in.
Rename iov_iter_fault_in_readable to fault_in_iov_iter_readable to make
sure this change doesn't silently break things.

Everything except the first 32 bits was lost when the pause flags were
added. This makes the 50000baseCR2 mode flag (bit 34) not appear.
I have tested this with a 10G card (SFN5122F-R7) by modifying it to
return a non-legacy link mode (10000baseCR).

Fix delay settings applied to wrong cpu in parse_port_config. The delay
values is set to the wrong index as the cpu_port_index is incremented
too early. Start the cpu_port_index to -1 so the correct value is
applied to address also the case with invalid phy mode and not available
port.
