On rv1108-elgin-r1 board the RK805 VCC5 and VCC6 supplies come from
the BUCK2 regulator at 2.2V, so fix the representation in the
device tree.
While at it, rename it from vdd_cam to vdd_buck2, which is a better
name for the regulator label.

As Dexuan reports the NVDIMM_FAMILY_HYPERV platform is incompatible with
the existing Linux namespace implementation because it uses
NSLABEL_FLAG_LOCAL for x1-width PMEM interleave sets. Quirk it as an
platform / DIMM that does not provide BLK-aperture access. Allow the
libnvdimm core to assume no potential for aliasing. In case other
implementations make the same mistake, provide a "noblk" module
parameter to force-enable the quirk.

The clock frequency is loaded from device-tree using clock framework
instead of statically value. The change allow configuration of
the device via device-trees and better initialization sequence.
This is part of broader effort to add device-tree support to this driver
and take it out from staging.

Initially, the meson clock directory only hosted 2 controllers drivers,
for meson8 and gxbb. At the time, both used the same set of clock drivers
so managing the dependencies was not a big concern.
Since this ancient time, entropy did its job, controllers with different
requirement and specific clock drivers have been added. Unfortunately, we
did not do a great job at managing the dependencies between the
controllers and the different clock drivers. Some drivers, such as
clk-phase or vid-pll-div, are compiled even if they are useless on the
target (meson8). As we are adding new controllers, we need to be able to
pick a driver w/o pulling the whole thing.
The patch aims to clean things up by:
* providing a dedicated CONFIG_ for each clock drivers
* allowing clock drivers to be compiled as a modules, if possible
* stating explicitly which drivers are required by each controller.

clk-provider.h provides clk_hw_is_prepared(), clk_hw_is_enabled() and
clk_hw_is_prepared() but these symbols are not exported for the
modules which prevents a clock driver using them to be compiled as
a module. Export them to fix the problem.

When user disables vlan filter, and adds vlan device, it won't
notify the driver the update the vlan filter. In this case, when
user enables vlan filter again, the packets with new vlan tag
will be filtered by vlan filter.

For simplifying the code, this patch adds hclge_cmd_check_retval() to
check the return value of the command.
Also, according the IMP's description, when there are several descriptors
in a command, then the IMP will save the return value on the last
description, so hclge_cmd_check_retval() just check the last one for this
case.

There are four steps to calcuate the rx private buffer, each step
can be done in a function to avoid code duplication and aid code
readability.
This patch adds three separate functions do the job. Also, the
function name more or less make the comment redundant, so remove
some obvious comment.

HNS3 supports setting rx-usecs|tx-usecs as 0, but it will not
update dynamically when adaptive-tx or adaptive-rx is enable.

RK805 has the following voltage range for the BUCK1 and BUCK2 regulators:
From 0.7125V to 1.45V in 12.5mV steps, 1.8V, 2V, 2.2V and 2.3V
, which corresponds to the following values as per the RK805
datasheet:
000 000: 0.7125V
000 001: 0.725V
……
111 011: 1.45V
111 100: 1.8V
111 101: 2.0V
111 110: 2.2V
111 111: 2.3V
This means that the voltage range is not linear and so RK805 can not
reuse the same regulator_ops structure from RK808.
Fix it by creating a list with the correct supported voltage values
for RK805 BUCK1 and BUCK2 regulators.
Tested on a rv1108-elgin-r1 board that now correctly reports a BUCK2
voltage of 2.2V instead of the unsupported value of 1.4875V.

Currently, in some complex cases, more than one widgets have same
name and registed from differnt dapm context, and route add from
another context too. When snd_soc_dapm_add_route, the previous
registered widget will overwritten by the latest same name widget,
will cause unexpect error. For Asoc framework we cant avoid this
situation and we cant decide which widget that wanted with route.
At least we can give users a notice.

Currently all widgets attached to a DAI link will be powered
up when the DAI is active, however this may include routes
that are not actually in use if there are unused channels
available on the DAI.
The macros for creating AIF widgets already include an entry for
slot, it is proposed to change that to channel. The effective
difference here being respresenting the logical channel index
rather than the physical slot index. The CODECs currently
using the slot entry on the DAPM_AIF macros are using it in
a manner consistent with this, the CODECs not using it just
have the field set to zero.
A variable is added to snd_soc_dapm_widget to represent
this channel index and then for each AIF widget attached to
a DAI this is compared against the number of channels on
the stream. Enabling the links for those which will be in
use. This has the nice property that the CODECs which haven't
used the slot/channel entry in the macro will function exactly
as before due to all the AIF widgets having a channel of zero
and a stream by definition having at least one channel.

rmmod/modprobe tests expose a kernel oops when accessing the dai
driver pointer. This comes from the topology design which operates in
multiple passes. Each object removal happens at a specific iteration,
and the code checks for the iteration (order) number after the memory
containing the order was freed.
Fix this be clearing a reference to the dai driver and check its
validity to avoid dereferences.

Commit 7620fe9161 ("ASoC: topology: fix memory leak in
soc_tplg_dapm_widget_create") fixed a memory leak issue, but
additional tests and KASAN reports show a use-after-free in soc-dapm.
The widgets are created with a kmemdup operating on a template. The
"name" string is also duplicated, but the "sname" string is not. As a
result, when the template is freed after widget creation, its sname
string is still used.
Fix by explicitly duplicating the "sname" string, and freeing it when
required.

The values from platform data were replaced by statically values.
This was just a intermediate step of taking this driver out of staging and
load data from device tree.

The MAX44009 is a low-power ambient light sensor from Maxim
Integrated. It differs from the MAX44000 in that it doesn't have
proximity sensing and that it requires far less current (1 micro-amp
vs 5 micro-amps). The register mapping and feature set between the
two are different enough to require a new driver for the MAX44009.
Developed and tested with a BeagleBone Black and UDOO Neo (i.MX6SX)
