9bb5a49542 net: hns3: check the return of skb_checksum_help()
Currently skb_checksum_help()'s return is ignored, but it may
return error when it fails to allocate memory when linearizing.

So adds checking for the return of skb_checksum_help().

73a13d8dbe net: hns3: fix user's coalesce configuration lost issue
Currently, when adaptive is on, the user's coalesce configuration
may be overwritten by the dynamic one. The reason is that user's
configurations are saved in struct hns3_enet_tqp_vector whose
value maybe changed by the dynamic algorithm. To fix it, use
struct hns3_nic_priv instead of struct hns3_enet_tqp_vector to
save and get the user's configuration.

BTW, operations of storing and restoring coalesce info in the reset
process are unnecessary now, so remove them as well.

a289a7e5c1 net: hns3: put off calling register_netdev() until client initialize complete
Currently, the netdevice is registered before client initializing
complete. So there is a timewindow between netdevice available
and usable. In this case, if user try to change the channel number
or ring param, it may cause the hns3_set_rx_cpu_rmap() being called
twice, and report bug.

a710b9ffbe net: hns3: fix incorrect resp_msg issue
In hclge_mbx_handler(), if there are two consecutive mailbox
messages that requires resp_msg, the resp_msg is not cleared
after processing the first message, which will cause the resp_msg
data of second message incorrect.

Fix it by clearing the resp_msg before processing every mailbox
message.

This patchset adds support for custom multipath hash policy for both
IPv4 and IPv6 traffic. The new policy allows user space to control the
outer and inner packet fields used for the hash computation.

Motivation
==========

Linux currently supports different multipath hash policies for IPv4 and
IPv6 traffic:

* Layer 3
* Layer 4
* Layer 3 or inner layer 3, if present

These policies hash on a fixed set of fields, which is inflexible and
against operators' requirements to control the hash input: "The ability
to control the inputs to the hash function should be a consideration in
any load-balancing RFP" [1].

An example of this inflexibility can be seen by the fact that none of
the current policies allows operators to use the standard 5-tuple and
the flow label for multipath hash computation. Such a policy is useful
in the following real-world example of a data center with the following
types of traffic:

* Anycast IPv6 TCP traffic towards layer 4 load balancers. Flow label is
constant (zero) to avoid breaking established connections

* Non-encapsulated IPv6 traffic. Flow label is used to re-route flows
around problematic (congested / failed) paths [2]

* IPv6 encapsulated traffic (IPv4-in-IPv6 or IPv6-in-IPv6). Outer flow
label is generated from encapsulated packet

* UDP encapsulated traffic. Outer source port is generated from
encapsulated packet

In the above example, using the inner flow information for hash
computation in addition to the outer flow information is useful during
failures of the BPF agent that selectively generates the flow label
based on the traffic type. In such cases, the self-healing properties of
the flow label are lost, but encapsulated flows are still load balanced.

Control over the inner fields is even more critical when encapsulation
is performed by hardware routers. For example, the Spectrum ASIC can
only encode 8 bits of entropy in the outer flow label / outer UDP source
port when performing IP / UDP encapsulation. In the case of IPv4 GRE
encapsulation there is no outer field to encode the inner hash in.

User interface
==============

In accordance with existing multipath hash configuration, the new custom
policy is added as a new option (3) to the
net.ipv{4,6}.fib_multipath_hash_policy sysctls. When the new policy is
used, the packet fields used for hash computation are determined by the
net.ipv{4,6}.fib_multipath_hash_fields sysctls. These sysctls accept a
bitmask according to the following table (from ip-sysctl.rst):

5-tuple and flow label:

Implementation
==============

As with existing policies, the new policy relies on the flow dissector
to extract the packet fields for the hash computation. However, unlike
existing policies that either use the outer or inner flow, the new
policy might require both flows to be dissected.

To avoid unnecessary invocations of the flow dissector, the data path
skips dissection of the outer or inner flows if none of the outer or
inner fields are required.

In addition, inner flow dissection is not performed when no
encapsulation was encountered (i.e., 'FLOW_DIS_ENCAPSULATION' not set by
flow dissector) during dissection of the outer flow.

Testing
=======

Three new selftests are added with three different topologies that allow
testing of following traffic combinations:

* Non-encapsulated IPv4 / IPv6 traffic
* IPv4 / IPv6 overlay over IPv4 underlay
* IPv4 / IPv6 overlay over IPv6 underlay

All three tests follow the same pattern. Each time a different packet
field is used for hash computation. When the field changes in the packet
stream, traffic is expected to be balanced across the two paths. When
the field does not change, traffic is expected to be unbalanced across
the two paths.

Patchset overview
=================

Patches #1-#3 add custom multipath hash support for IPv4 traffic
Patches #4-#7 do the same for IPv6
Patches #8-#10 add selftests

===========

Each time set a different field and make sure traffic is only

The test only verifies the behavior of IPv4/IPv6 overlays on top of an
IPv6 underlay network. The previous patch verified the same with an IPv4
underlay network.

Add a new multipath hash policy where the packet fields used for hash
calculation are determined by user space via the
fib_multipath_hash_fields sysctl that was introduced in the previous
patch.

The current set of available packet fields includes both outer and inner
fields, which requires two invocations of the flow dissector. Avoid
unnecessary dissection of the outer or inner flows by skipping
dissection if none of the outer or inner fields are required.

In accordance with the existing policies, when an skb is not available,
packet fields are extracted from the provided flow key. In which case,
only outer fields are considered.

This patch adds a sysctl that allows user space to set these fields.

The packet fields are represented using a bitmask and are common between
IPv4 and IPv6 to allow user space to use the same numbering across both
protocols. For example, to hash based on standard 5-tuple:

 # sysctl -w net.ipv6.fib_multipath_hash_fields=0x0037
 net.ipv6.fib_multipath_hash_fields = 0x0037

To avoid introducing holes in 'struct netns_sysctl_ipv6', move the
'bindv6only' field after the multipath hash fields.

The kernel rejects unknown fields, for example:

67db5ca73b ipv6: Use a more suitable label name
The 'out_timer' label was added in commit 63152fc0de ("[NETNS][IPV6]
ip6_fib - gc timer per namespace") when the timer was allocated on the
heap.

Commit 417f28bb34 ("netns: dont alloc ipv6 fib timer list") removed
the allocation, but kept the label name.

Rename it to a more suitable name.

fa7b83bf3b bpf: Check for BPF_F_ADJ_ROOM_FIXED_GSO when bpf_skb_change_proto
In the forwarding path GRO -> BPF 6 to 4 -> GSO for TCP traffic, the
coalesced packet payload can be > MSS, but < MSS + 20.

bpf_skb_proto_6_to_4() will upgrade the MSS and it can be > the payload
length. After then tcp_gso_segment checks for the payload length if it
is <= MSS. The condition is causing the packet to be dropped.

Allow to upgrade/downgrade MSS only when BPF_F_ADJ_ROOM_FIXED_GSO is

889d916b6f RDMA/core: Don't access cm_id after its destruction
restrack should only be attached to a cm_id while the ID has a valid
device pointer. It is set up when the device is first loaded, but not
cleared when the device is removed. There is also two copies of the device
pointer, one private and one in the public API, and these were left out of
sync.

Make everything go to NULL together and manipulate restrack right around
the device assignments.

When a interruptible mutex locker is interrupted by a signal
without acquiring this lock and removed from the wait queue.
if the mutex isn't contended enough to have a waiter
put into the wait queue again, the setting of the WAITER
bit will force mutex locker to go into the slowpath to
acquire the lock every time, so if the wait queue is empty,
the WAITER bit need to be clear.

3317c26a4b perf/x86: Avoid touching LBR_TOS MSR for Arch LBR
The Architecture LBR does not have MSR_LBR_TOS (0x000001c9).
In a guest that should support Architecture LBR, check_msr()
will be a non-related check for the architecture MSR 0x0
(IA32_P5_MC_ADDR) that is also not supported by KVM.

The failure will cause x86_pmu.lbr_nr = 0, thereby preventing
the initialization of the guest Arch LBR. Fix it by avoiding
this extraneous check in intel_pmu_init() for Arch LBR.

ALSA dice driver detects jumbo payload at high sampling transfer frequency
for below models:

 * Avid M-Box 3 Pro

Although many DICE-based devices have a quirk at high sampling transfer
frequency to multiplex double number of PCM frames into data block than
the number in IEC 61883-1/6, the above devices are just compliant to
IEC 61883-1/6.

This commit disables the mode of double_pcm_frames for the models.

a50c5bebc9 x86/sev-es: Invalidate the GHCB after completing VMGEXIT
Since the VMGEXIT instruction can be issued from userspace, invalidate
the GHCB after performing VMGEXIT processing in the kernel.

Invalidation is only required after userspace is available, so call
vc_ghcb_invalidate() from sev_es_put_ghcb(). Update vc_ghcb_invalidate()
to additionally clear the GHCB exit code so that it is always presented
as 0 when VMGEXIT has been issued by anything else besides the kernel.

unregistering a bus that wasn't registered, which would trigger this

b3e22e10fd net: wwan: Add WWAN port type attribute
The port type is by default part of the WWAN port device name.
However device name can not be considered as a 'stable' API and
may be subject to change in the future. This change adds a proper
device attribute that can be used to determine the WWAN protocol/
type.

f81781835f gve: Upgrade memory barrier in poll routine
As currently written, if the driver checks for more work (via
gve_tx_poll or gve_rx_poll) before the device posts work and the
irq doorbell is not unmasked
(via iowrite32be(GVE_IRQ_ACK | GVE_IRQ_EVENT, ...)) before the device
attempts to raise an interrupt, an interrupt is lost and this could
potentially lead to the traffic being completely halted. For
example, if a tx queue has already been stopped, the driver won't get
the chance to complete work and egress will be halted.

We need a full memory barrier in the poll
routine to ensure that the irq doorbell is unmasked before the driver
checks for more work.

When freeing notification blocks, we index priv->msix_vectors.
If we failed to allocate priv->msix_vectors (see abort_with_msix_vectors)
this could lead to a NULL pointer dereference if the driver is unloaded.
