The list of devices where nothing has to be done in
bcma_pmu_resources_init() and bcma_pmu_workarounds() is longer as all
the SoCs are missing there and some new devices will be added in some
time later. This patch changes the default case to just log on debug
level and also let the other devices which do not need any special
handling into the default case, instead of adding the missing 8 SoC
chip ids.

These functions are doing nothing in the current code.
I do not think we will need these function in the future as the
corresponding functions in the Broadcom SDK are just doing something
useful on chips supported by ssb or fullmac chips.

There is not core id with 0x4329, but at the same place in the open
source part of the Broadcom SDK is a check for some device with the
chip id of 0x4329. The device with a chip id of 0x4329 is a full mac
device, so it will never be supported by bcma, this part is running in
the firmware of the device and not on the host CPU.
This code is wrong and will never be used, so just remove it.

beacon, probe response, association response WPS IEs to firmware.
And firmware is responsible for constructing these frames.

This patch (as1564c) converts the EHCI platform drivers to use the
central ehci_setup() routine for generic controller initialization
rather than each having its own idiosyncratic approach.
The major point of difficulty lies in ehci-pci's many vendor- and
device-specific workarounds. Some of them have to be applied before
calling ehci_setup() and some after, which necessitates a fair amount
of code motion. The other platform drivers require much smaller
changes.
One point not addressed by the patch is whether ports should be
powered on or off following initialization. The different drivers
appear to handle this pretty much at random. In fact it shouldn't
matter, because the hub driver turns on power to all ports when it
binds to the root hub. Straightening that out will be left for
another day.

EXT4_GET_BLOCKS_NO_LOCK flag is added to indicate that we don't need
to acquire i_data_sem lock in ext4_map_blocks. Meanwhile, it changes
ext4_get_block() to not start a new journal because when we do a
overwrite dio, there is no any metadata that needs to be modified.
We define a new function called ext4_get_block_write_nolock, which is
used in dio overwrite nolock. In this function, it doesn't try to
acquire i_data_sem lock and doesn't start a new journal as it does a
lookup.

In xattr block operation, we use h_refcount to indicate whether the
xattr block is shared among many inodes. And xattr block csum uses
s_csum_seed if it is shared and i_csum_seed if it belongs to
one inode. But this has a problem. So consider the block is shared
first bewteen inode A and B, and B has some xattr update and CoW
the xattr block. When it updates the *old* xattr block(because
of the h_refcount change) and calls ext4_xattr_release_block, we
has no idea that inode A is the real owner of the *old* xattr
block and we can't use the i_csum_seed of inode A either in xattr
block csum calculation. And I don't think we have an easy way to
find inode A.
So this patch just removes the tricky i_csum_seed and we now uses
s_csum_seed every time for the xattr block csum. The corresponding
patch for the e2fsprogs will be sent in another patch.
This is spotted by xfstests 117.

In ext4_rename, when the old name is a dir, we need to
change ".." to its new parent and journal the change, so
with metadata_csum enabled, we have to re-calc the csum.
As the first block of the dir can be either a htree root
or a normal directory block and we have different csum
calculation for these 2 types, we have to choose the right
one in ext4_rename.
btw, it is found by xfstests 013.

Commit f975d6bcc7 introduced bug which caused ext4_statfs() to
miscalculate the number of file system overhead blocks. This causes
the f_blocks field in the statfs structure to be larger than it should
be. This would in turn cause the "df" output to show the number of
data blocks in the file system and the number of data blocks used to
be larger than they should be.

cd81e1ea1a added checks that prevent us from using P2P bridge windows
that start at PCI bus address zero. The reason was to "prevent us from
overwriting resources that are unassigned."
But generic code should allow address zero in both BARs and bridge
windows, so I think that commit was a mistake.
Windows at bus address zero are legal and likely to exist on machines with
an offset between bus addresses and CPU addresses. For example, in the
following hypothetical scenario, the bridge at 00:01.0 has a window at bus
address zero and the device at 01:00.0 has a BAR at bus address zero, and
I think both are perfectly valid:
