Use skin temperature for maintaining temperature that is suitable
specifically for Nexus 7. Add CPU thermal zone that protects silicon.
All these changes don't make a significant difference, but it is a
more correct definition of thermal zones.

70e740ad55 ARM: tegra: acer-a500: Remove bogus USB VBUS regulators
The configuration of USB VBUS regulators was borrowed from downstream
kernel, which is incorrect because the corresponding GPIOs are connected
to PROX_EN (A501 3G model) and LED_EN pins in accordance to the board
schematics. USB works fine with both GPIOs being disabled, so remove the
bogus USB VBUS regulators. The USB VBUS of USB3 is supplied from the fixed
5v system regulator and device-mode USB1 doesn't have VBUS switches.

cea45a3bd2 usb: gadget: udc: renesas_usb3: Fix soc_device_match() abuse
soc_device_match() is intended as a last resort, to handle e.g. quirks
that cannot be handled by matching based on a compatible value.

As the device nodes for the Renesas USB 3.0 Peripheral Controller on
R-Car E3 and RZ/G2E do have SoC-specific compatible values, the latter
can and should be used to match against these devices.

This also fixes support for the USB 3.0 Peripheral Controller on the
R-Car E3e (R8A779M6) SoC, which is a different grading of the R-Car E3
(R8A77990) SoC, using the same SoC-specific compatible value.

e9e6e164ed usb: typec: tcpm: Support non-PD mode
Even if the Type-C controller supports PD, it is doable to disable PD
capabilities with the current state machine in TCPM. Without enabling RX
in low-level drivers and with skipping the power negotiation, the port
is eligible to be a non-PD Type-C port. Use new flags whose values are
populated from the device tree to decide the port PD capability. Adding
"pd-disable" property in device tree indicates that the port does not
support PD. If PD is not supported, the device tree property
"typec-power-opmode" shall be added to specify the advertised Rp value
if the port supports SRC role.

04d5d5df9d drm/tegra: dc: Support memory bandwidth management
Display controller (DC) performs isochronous memory transfers, and thus,
has a requirement for a minimum memory bandwidth that shall be fulfilled,
otherwise framebuffer data can't be fetched fast enough and this results
in a DC's data-FIFO underflow that follows by a visual corruption.

The Memory Controller drivers provide facility for memory bandwidth
management via interconnect API. Let's wire up the interconnect API
support to the DC driver in order to fix the distorted display output
on T30 Ouya, T124 TK1 and other Tegra devices.

e8425dd55a clk: renesas: Make CLK_R9A06G032 invisible
When configuring a kernel including support for Renesas ARM/ARM64 Socs,
but excluding support for the RZ/N1D SoC, the user is always asked about
the RZ/N1D clock driver.  As this driver is already auto-selected when
building a kernel including support for the RZ/N1D SoC, there is no need
to make the CLK_R9A06G032 symbol visible, unless compile-testing.

Align the symbol description with the other symbols.

Merge branch 'asm-generic-uaccess-7' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/arnd/asm-generic into asm-generic
These two functions appear to be unnecessarily different between
architectures, and the asm-generic version is a bit questionable,
even for NOMMU architectures.

Clean this up to just use the generic library version for anything
that uses the generic version today. I've expanded on the patch
descriptions a little, as suggested by Christoph Hellwig, but I
suspect a more detailed review would uncover additional problems
with the custom versions that are getting removed.

I ended up adding patches for csky and microblaze as they had the
same implementation that I removed elsewhere, these are now gone
as well.

75bd50fa84 drivers/base/node.c: use bin_attribute to break the size limitation of cpumap ABI
Reading /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/nodeX/ returns cpumap and cpulist.
However, the size of this file is limited to PAGE_SIZE because of the
limitation for sysfs attribute.

This patch moves to use bin_attribute to extend the ABI to be more
than one page so that cpumap bitmask and list won't be potentially
trimmed.

bb9ec13d15 topology: use bin_attribute to break the size limitation of cpumap ABI
Reading /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpuX/topology/ returns cpu topology.
However, the size of this file is limited to PAGE_SIZE because of
the limitation for sysfs attribute.
This patch moves to use bin_attribute to extend the ABI to be more
than one page so that cpumap bitmask and list won't be potentially
trimmed.

291f93ca33 lib: test_bitmap: add bitmap_print_bitmask/list_to_buf test cases
The added test items cover both cases where bitmap buf of the printed
result is greater than and less than 4KB.
And it also covers the case where offset for printing is non-zero
which will happen when printed buf is larger than one page in
sysfs bin_attribute.

1fae562983 cpumask: introduce cpumap_print_list/bitmask_to_buf to support large bitmask and list
The existing cpumap_print_to_pagebuf() is used by cpu topology and other
drivers to export hexadecimal bitmask and decimal list to userspace by
sysfs ABI.

Right now, those drivers are using a normal attribute for this kind of
ABIs. A normal attribute typically has show entry as below:

show entry of attribute has no offset and count parameters and this
means the file is limited to one page only.

cpumap_print_to_pagebuf() API works terribly well for this kind of
normal attribute with buf parameter and without offset, count:

The problem is once we have many cpus, we have a chance to make bitmask
or list more than one page. Especially for list, it could be as complex
as 0,3,5,7,9,...... We have no simple way to know it exact size.

It turns out bin_attribute is a way to break this limit. bin_attribute
has show entry as below:

example_bin_attribute_show(struct file *filp, struct kobject *kobj,
             struct bin_attribute *attr, char *buf,
             loff_t offset, size_t count)

}

With the new offset and count parameters, this makes sysfs ABI be able
to support file size more than one page. For example, offset could be
>= 4096.

This patch introduces cpumap_print_bitmask/list_to_buf() and their bitmap
infrastructure bitmap_print_bitmask/list_to_buf() so that those drivers
can move to bin_attribute to support large bitmask and list. At the same
time, we have to pass those corresponding parameters such as offset, count
from bin_attribute to this new API.

3683b761fe nvmem: nintendo-otp: Add new driver for the Wii and Wii U OTP
This OTP is read-only and contains various keys used by the console to
decrypt, encrypt or verify various pieces of storage.

Its size depends on the console, it is 128 bytes on the Wii and
1024 bytes on the Wii U (split into eight 128 bytes banks).

It can be used directly by writing into one register and reading from
the other one, without any additional synchronisation.

9aaf4d2a08 dt-bindings: nintendo-otp: Document the Wii and Wii U OTP support
Both of these consoles use the exact same two registers, even at the
same address, but the Wii U has eight banks of 128 bytes memory while

57a1681095 ipack: tpci200: fix many double free issues in tpci200_pci_probe
The function tpci200_register called by tpci200_install and
tpci200_unregister called by tpci200_uninstall are in pair. However,
tpci200_unregister has some cleanup operations not in the
tpci200_register. So the error handling code of tpci200_pci_probe has
many different double free issues.

Fix this problem by moving those cleanup operations out of
tpci200_unregister, into tpci200_pci_remove and reverting

d77772538f slimbus: ngd: reset dma setup during runtime pm
During suspend/resume NGD remote instance is power cycled along
with remotely controlled bam dma engine.
So Reset the dma configuration during this suspend resume path
so that we are not dealing with any stale dma setup.

Without this transactions timeout after first suspend resume path.

a263c1ff6a slimbus: messaging: check for valid transaction id
In some usecases transaction ids are dynamically allocated inside
the controller driver after sending the messages which have generic
acknowledge responses. So check for this before refcounting pm_runtime.

Without this we would end up imbalancing runtime pm count by
doing pm_runtime_put() in both slim_do_transfer() and slim_msg_response()
for a single  pm_runtime_get() in slim_do_transfer()

9659281ce7 slimbus: messaging: start transaction ids from 1 instead of zero
As tid is unsigned its hard to figure out if the tid is valid or
invalid. So Start the transaction ids from 1 instead of zero
so that we could differentiate between a valid tid and invalid tids

This is useful in cases where controller would add a tid for controller
specific transfers.
