Various updates for the 32-bit and 64-bit defconfig files, mostly to enable additional hardware drivers for more machines, specifically for the Allwinner F1C100, Altera SoCFPGA, Broadcom, Microchip, Qualcomm, Airoha, Tegra, Renesas, and i.NX.
