This was based on a patch originally by Kristian. It has been modified
pretty heavily to use the new callbacks from the previous patch.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
