Remove unused functions and empty callbacks, let the dw_hdmi-imx driver reuse imx_drm_encoder_parse_of() instead of reimplementing it, replace the custom register spinlock with the regmap default spinlock and remove redundant tracking of enabled state in imx-tve, drop the explicit drm_mode_config_cleanup() call in imx-drm-core, reduce the scope of edid length variables that are not otherwise used in imx-ldb and parallel-display, fix a memory leak in the parallel-display bind error path, and drop an extraneous type qualifier from of_get_tve_mode(). -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- iI0EABYIADUWIQRRO6F6WdpH1R0vGibVhaclGDdiwAUCX5xDnhcccC56YWJlbEBw ZW5ndXRyb25peC5kZQAKCRDVhaclGDdiwOK0AQCSa4gpezUXK3bp+zkpkbUarBfp eXBEfQoLyjVlp67F6AEAzi70TmVnVUymXhZc2eL7OzQZ7c9MUN0REoIkTaZP3Qo= =7Uwo -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- Merge tag 'imx-drm-next-2020-10-30' of git://git.pengutronix.de/git/pza/linux into drm-fixes drm/imx: fixes and cleanups Remove unused functions and empty callbacks, let the dw_hdmi-imx driver reuse imx_drm_encoder_parse_of() instead of reimplementing it, replace the custom register spinlock with the regmap default spinlock and remove redundant tracking of enabled state in imx-tve, drop the explicit drm_mode_config_cleanup() call in imx-drm-core, reduce the scope of edid length variables that are not otherwise used in imx-ldb and parallel-display, fix a memory leak in the parallel-display bind error path, and drop an extraneous type qualifier from of_get_tve_mode(). Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
