We cannot access the skb->_nfct field when CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK is
disabled:

Both functions already have an #ifdef for this, so let's move the
check in there.

These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``.
