Linux mainline fork with MSM8998 patches | https://mainline.space | Currently supported devices:

__register_pernet_operations() executes init hook of registered pernet_operation structure in all existing net namespaces. Typically, these hooks are called by a process associated with the specified net namespace, and all __GFP_ACCOUNT marked allocation are accounted for corresponding container/memcg. However __register_pernet_operations() calls the hooks in the same context, and as a result all marked allocations are accounted to one memcg for all processed net namespaces. This patch adjusts active memcg for each net namespace and helps to account memory allocated inside ops_init() into the proper memcg. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
