Ensure all tpkbd specifics are within a postfixed function, the
main functions for the driver should just switch to the appropriate
function depending on product ID. Given this, we can add extra devices
by including extra postfixed functions.

Currently, the i2c-hid driver does not call the suspend, resume, and
reset_resume callbacks in the hid_driver struct when those events occur.
This means that HID drivers for i2c-hid devices will not be able to execute
commands which may be needed during suspend or resume. One example is when a
touchpad using the hid-multitouch driver gets reset by i2c-hid coming out of
resume. Since the reset_resume callback never gets called the device is never
put back into the correct input mode. This patch calls the suspend and resume
callbacks and tries to duplicate the functionality of the usb-hid driver.

Userspace tools may use hidraw to perform operations on the device from userspace while
hid-rmi is bound to the device. This can cause hid-rmi to print error messages when its
->raw_event() callback gets called as the reports pass through the HID stack. In this case
receiving responses which were not initiated by hid-rmi is not actually an error so the resulting
error messages are incorrect and misleading. This patch changes the log messages to debug so
that the messages can be turned on in the event that there is a problem and there is not
a userspace tool running.

There are additional queries which are optional and may not be present
depending on the configuration of the firmware. Knowing which queries are
present is needed to properly compute the address of Query 12 and all
subsequent queries. Additional bits in Query 1 are used to indicate the
presence of these optional queries.

A new structure, omap_mbox_device, is added to contain
the global variables pertinent to a mailbox h/w IP block.
This enables the support for having multiple instances of
the same h/w IP block in the SoC. This is in preparation
to support the DRA7 SoC, which is the first SoC in the OMAP
family to have multiple mailbox IP instances.
The changes include enhancements to the sub-mailbox registration
logic and mbox startup sequencing, removing the usage of single
global configuration variables for all h/w instances, and storing
the registered sub-mailboxes with the parent mailbox device
structure.

The structure omap_mbox_priv is used previously to store arch
specific (OMAP1 vs OMAP2+) data, and is no longer required to be
maintained separately. Instead, absorb its elements into either
the sub-mailbox device structure, omap_mbox, or the individual
fifo descriptor structure, omap_mbox_fifo.
The newmsg_bit and notfull_bit used on Rx and Tx fifos respectively
are represented by the new intr_bit field in the fifo descriptor
structure. The interrupt configuration registers are also moved
into the fifo descriptor structure to allow the Rx and Tx fifos
to use different interrupt lines/users.

There is no need for a separate common OMAP mailbox module
now that the OMAP1 mailbox driver has been removed. So,
consolidate the two individual OMAP mailbox modules into a
single driver. This streamlines the driver for converting
to mailbox framework.
The following are the main changes:
- collapse mailbox-omap2.c into omap-mailbox.c
- remove omap_mbox_ops and replace the ops calls with
the equivalent functionality.
- simplify the sub-mailbox startup/shutdown functionality,
the one-time operations are moved into probe, and the
pm_runtime_get_sync and pm_runtime_put_sync can be invoked
without using a configuration counter.
- move all definitions from private omap_mbox.h into the
source code, and eliminate this internal header.
- rename some variables that used the omap2_mbox prefix with
a generic omap_mbox prefix.

The OMAP mailbox IP has two different type of interrupt configuration
registers between OMAP4+ SoCs and OMAP2/3 SoCs. Simplify the current
interrupt configuration by using a single macro that translates the
two variants.

The type definition omap_mbox_type_t used for distinguishing
OMAP1 from OMAP2+ mailboxes is no longer needed after the
removal of OMAP1 mailbox driver, and has therefore been
cleaned up. This cleanup also eliminates the need for the
polling logic used for checking the transmit readiness.

There are no existing users for OMAP1 mailbox driver
in kernel. Commit ab6f775 "Removing dead OMAP_DSP"
has cleaned up all the dead code related to the only
possible user, including the creation of the mailbox
platform device.
Remove this stale driver so that the OMAP mailbox
driver can be simplified and streamlined better for
converting to mailbox framework.

HwSpinlocks are supported on TI's AM33xx, AM43xx and DRA7xx SoC
device families as well. The IPs are identical to that of
OMAP4/OMAP5, except for the number of locks.
Add a depends on to the above family of SoCs to enable the
build support for OMAP hwspinlock driver for any of the above
SoC configs.

The number of hwspinlocks are determined based on the value read
from the IP block's SYSSTATUS register. However, the module may
not be enabled and clocked, and the read may result in a bus error.
This particular issue is seen rather easily on AM33XX, since the
module wakeup is software controlled, and it is disabled out of
reset. Make sure the module is enabled and clocked before reading
the SYSSTATUS register.

Commit 9188883fd6 (ARM: dts: Enable twl4030 off-idle configuration
for selected omaps) allowed n900 to cut off core voltages during
off-idle. This however caused a regression where twl regulator
vaux1 was not getting enabled for the LCD panel as we are not
requesting it for the panel.
Turns out quite a few devices on n900 are using vaux1, and we need
to either stop idling it, or add proper regulator_get calls for all
users. But until we have a proper solution implemented and tested,
let's just disable the twl off-idle configuration for now for n900.

This patch is the Flexgen implementation reusing as much as possible
of Common Clock Framework functions.
The idea is to have an instance of "struct flexgen" per output clock.
It represents the clock cross bar (by a mux element), and the pre and final dividers
(using dividers and gates elements).

In "Counting Packets Sent Between Arbitrary Internet Hosts", Jeffrey and
Jedidiah describe ways exploiting linux IP identifier generation to
infer whether two machines are exchanging packets.
With commit 73f156a6e8 ("inetpeer: get rid of ip_id_count"), we
changed IP id generation, but this does not really prevent this
side-channel technique.
This patch adds a random amount of perturbation so that IP identifiers
for a given destination [1] are no longer monotonically increasing after
an idle period.
Note that prandom_u32_max(1) returns 0, so if generator is used at most
once per jiffy, this patch inserts no hole in the ID suite and do not
increase collision probability.
This is jiffies based, so in the worst case (HZ=1000), the id can
rollover after ~65 seconds of idle time, which should be fine.
We also change the hash used in __ip_select_ident() to not only hash
on daddr, but also saddr and protocol, so that ICMP probes can not be
used to infer information for other protocols.
For IPv6, adds saddr into the hash as well, but not nexthdr.
If I ping the patched target, we can see ID are now hard to predict.

As per comment from David Miller, we try to make the buffer reassembly
function more resilient to user errors than it is today.
- We check that the "*buf" parameter always is set, since this is
mandatory input.
- We ensure that *buf->next always is set to NULL before linking in
the buffer, instead of relying of the caller to have done this.
- We ensure that the "tail" pointer in the head buffer's control
block is initialized to NULL when the first fragment arrives.

The sunvnet driver doesn't check whether or not a port is connected when
transmitting packets, which results in failures if a port fails to connect
(e.g., due to a version mismatch). The original code also assumes
unnecessarily that the first port is up and a switch, even though there is
a flag for switch ports.
This patch only matches a port if it is connected, and otherwise uses the
switch_port flag to send the packet to a switch port that is up.

When a memory bitmap is fully populated on a large memory
machine (several TB of RAM) it can take more than a minute
to walk through all bits. This causes the soft lockup
detector on these machine to report warnings.
Avoid this by touching the soft lockup watchdog in the
memory bitmap walking code.
