Introduce packet pacing uobject and its alloc and destroy
methods.
This uobject holds mlx5 packet pacing context according to the device
specification and enables managing packet pacing device entries that are
needed by DEVX applications.

Add support for new deflate counters:
- Counter 247: cycles CPU spent obtaining access to Deflate unit
- Counter 252: cycles CPU is using Deflate unit
- Counter 264: Increments by one for every DEFLATE CONVERSION CALL
instruction executed.
- Counter 265: Increments by one for every DEFLATE CONVERSION CALL
instruction executed that ended in Condition Codes
0, 1 or 2.
Also adjust the some crypto counter description to latest documentation.

wq_select_unbound_cpu() is designed for unbound workqueues only, but
it's wrongly called when using a bound workqueue too.
Fixing this ensures work queued to a bound workqueue with
cpu=WORK_CPU_UNBOUND always runs on the local CPU.
Before, that would happen only if wq_unbound_cpumask happened to include
it (likely almost always the case), or was empty, or we got lucky with
forced round-robin placement. So restricting
/sys/devices/virtual/workqueue/cpumask to a small subset of a machine's
CPUs would cause some bound work items to run unexpectedly there.

When userspace executes a syscall or gets interrupted,
BEAR contains a kernel address when returning to userspace.
This make it pretty easy to figure out where the kernel is
mapped even with KASLR enabled. To fix this, add lpswe to
lowcore and always execute it there, so userspace sees only
the lowcore address of lpswe. For this we have to extend
both critical_cleanup and the SWITCH_ASYNC macro to also check
for lpswe addresses in lowcore.

There exists a set of SPI controllers on some POWER processors that may
be accessed through the FSI bus. Add a driver to traverse the FSI CFAM
engine that can access and drive the SPI controllers. This driver would
typically be used by a baseboard management controller (BMC).
The SPI controllers operate by means of programming a sequencing engine
which automatically manages the usual SPI protocol buses. The driver
programs each transfer into the sequencer as various operations
specifying the slave chip and shifting data in and out on the lines.

Firmware API changes which introduced 'num_elems' param in several probe
structs such as sof_ipc_probe_dma_add_params also impacted getter for
both, DMA and probe points. All struct handlers except for
sof_ipc_probe_info_params have been updated. Align said handler too to
calculate payload size correctly.

The Logitech G Powerplay has a lightspeed receiver with a static HID++
device with ID 7 attached to it to. It is used to configure the led on

Instead of initializing null_blk hardware queues explicitly after the
request queue has been created, provide .init_hctx() and .exit_hctx()
callback functions. The latter functions are not only called during
request queue allocation but also when the number of hardware queues
changes. Allocate nr_cpu_ids queues during initialization to support
increasing the number of hardware queues above the initial hardware
queue count.
This change fixes increasing the number of hardware queues above the
initial number of hardware queues and also keeps nullb->nr_queues in
sync with the number of hardware queues.

v5.4 changes in soc-core tightened the checks on soc_dapm_add_routes,
which results in the ASoC card probe failing.
Introduce a flag to be set in machine drivers to prevent the probe
from stopping in case of incomplete topologies or missing routes. This
flag is for backwards compatibility only and shall not be used for
newer machine drivers.

If a GPIO we are trying to use is not available and we are deferring
the probe, don't output an error message.
This seems to have been the intent of commit 05c7477885
("i2c: gpio: Add support for named gpios in DT") but the error was
still output due to not checking the updated 'retdesc'.

I2C events. It assumed all in-tree users were converted, yet it missed

Only few drivers use this call, so drivers and I2C core are converted at
once with this patch. By simply using i2c_new_client_device() instead of
i2c_new_device(), we easily can return an ERRPTR for this function as
well. To make out of tree users aware that something changed, the
function is renamed to i2c_new_smbus_alert_device().

Add a new stm32mp15 specific compatible to handle FastMode+
registers handling which is different on the stm32mp15 compared
to the stm32f7 or stm32h7.
Indeed, on the stm32mp15, the FastMode+ set and clear registers
are separated while on the other platforms (F7 or H7) the control
is done in a unique register.

Defer the initial enabling of the Fast Mode Plus bits after the
stm32f7_i2c_setup_timing call in probe function in order to avoid
enabling them if speed is downgraded.
Clear & restore the Fast Mode Plus bits in the suspend/resume
handlers of the driver.

Always wait on the start of the signaler request to reduce the problem
of dequeueing the bonded pair too early -- we want both payloads to
start at the same time, with no latency, and yet still allow others to
make full use of the slack in the system. This reduce the amount of time
we spend waiting on the semaphore used to synchronise the start of the
bonded payload.

In Pete Goodliffe words, "You can improve a system by adding new code. You
can also improve a system by removing code" - In this case, commit
"202b52b7fb" added new code to initialize end of the node. So, there
is no need for duplicated initialization, and this patch simply removes it.
