Move all possible setups for pio into SoC level DTSI file mt7623.dtsi in
order to introduce more boards such as official MT7623A reference boards
without copy-n-pasting almost the same content of nodes in pio into every
new file.
So, it should be better to reuse those nodes by consolidating them into
the common file mt7623.dtsi from the current existent DTS and allow new
DTS files to refer to them.

On Ryzen systems interrupts are occasionally missed:

This patch loops up to five times on wakeup, marking any buffers
found done.
Since the count register is u16, but the vb2 counter is u32, some modulo
arithmetic is used to accommodate wraparound and ensure current active
buffer is the buffer expected.

The mdev field is only present if CONFIG_MEDIA_CONTROLLER is set.
But since we will need to pass the media_device to vb2 and the
control framework it is very convenient to just make this field
available all the time. If CONFIG_MEDIA_CONTROLLER is not set,
then it will just be NULL.

This change removes IOCTL_INFO_STD and adds stub functions where
needed using the DEFINE_V4L_STUB_FUNC macro. This fixes indirect call
mismatches with Control-Flow Integrity, caused by calling standard
ioctls using a function pointer that doesn't match the function type.

Since those LEDs are parts of PMIC MT6323, it is reasonable to merge
those LEDs node definition back into mt6323.dtsi. This way can improve
the reusability of those nodes among different boards with the same PMIC.
And LED is very much board specific and thus the mt6323.dtsi only includes
the parent node here and leave these child nodes in the board specific
dts file.

Below two wrong nodes in existing DTS files would cause a fail boot since
in fact the address 0 is not the correct place the memory device locates
at.

In order to avoid having a memory node starting at address 0, we can't
include file skeleton64.dtsi and instead need to explicitly manually
define a few of properties the DTS relies on such as #address-cells
and #size-cells in root node and device_type in the node memory@80000000.

The regex match function regex_match_front() in the tracing filter logic,
was fixed to test just the pattern length from testing the entire test
string. That is, it went from strncmp(str, r->pattern, len) to
strcmp(str, r->pattern, r->len).
The issue is that str is not guaranteed to be nul terminated, and if r->len
is greater than the length of str, it can access more memory than is
allocated.
The solution is to add a simple test if (len < r->len) return 0.

CoreSight doesn't allocate thread structure for unknown_thread in ETM
auxtrace, so unknown_thread is NULL pointer. If the perf data doesn't
contain valid tid and then cs_etm__mem_access() uses unknown_thread
instead as thread handler, this results in a segmentation fault when
thread__find_addr_map() accesses the thread handler.
This commit creates a new thread data which is used by unknown_thread, so
CoreSight tracing can roll back to use unknown_thread if perf data
doesn't include valid thread info. This commit also releases thread
data for initialization failure case and for normal auxtrace free flow.

In commit e6a6928c3e ("of/fdt: Convert FDT functions to use
libfdt") (Apr 2014), the generic flat device tree code dropped support
for flat device tree's older than version 0x10 (16).
We still have code in our CPU scanning to cope with flat device tree
versions earlier than 2, which can now never trigger, so drop it.

Add a test of the relative branch patching logic in the alternate
section feature fixup code. This tests that if we branch past the last
instruction of the alternate section, the branch is not patched.
That's because the assembler will have created a branch that already
points to the first instruction after the patched section, which is
correct and needs no further patching.

The code patching code has always been a bit confused about whether
it's best to use void *, unsigned int *, char *, etc. to point to
instructions. In fact in the feature fixups tests we use both unsigned
int[] and u8[] in different places.
Unfortunately the tests that use unsigned int[] calculate the size of
the code blocks using subtraction of those unsigned int pointers, and
then pass the result to memcmp(). This means we're only comparing 1/4
of the bytes we need to, because we need to multiply by
sizeof(unsigned int) to get the number of *bytes*.
The result is that the tests do all the patching and then only compare
some of the resulting code, so patching bugs that only effect that
last 3/4 of the code could slip through undetected. It turns out that
hasn't been happening, although one test had a bad expected case (see
previous commit).
Fix it for now by multiplying the size by 4 in the affected functions.

Commit 9730348075 ("arm64: Increase the max granular size") increased
the cache line size to 128 to match Cavium ThunderX, apparently for some
performance benefit which could not be confirmed. This change, however,
has an impact on the network packet allocation in certain circumstances,
requiring slightly over a 4K page with a significant performance
degradation. The patch reverts L1_CACHE_SHIFT back to 6 (64-byte cache
line).

removed the unit address as there was no associated reg property in
these sysreg nodes.
Also the latest DTC throws warnings for character '_' in the node names.

Sampler Dynamic Frequency Rebalancing (DFR) aims to reduce Sampler
power by dynamically changing its clock frequency in low-throughput
conditions. This patches enables it by default on Gen11.
