cb8ffde569 libbpf: silence GCC8 warning about string truncation
Despite a proper NULL-termination after strncpy(..., ..., IFNAMSIZ - 1),
GCC8 still complains about *expected* string truncation:

  xsk.c:330:2: error: 'strncpy' output may be truncated copying 15 bytes
  from a string of length 15 [-Werror=stringop-truncation]
    strncpy(ifr.ifr_name, xsk->ifname, IFNAMSIZ - 1);

This patch gets rid of the issue altogether by using memcpy instead.
There is no performance regression, as strncpy will still copy and fill
all of the bytes anyway.

v1->v2:
- rebase against bpf tree.

1d2fedd856 RDMA/core: Support netlink commands in non init_net net namespaces
Now that IB core supports RDMA device binding with specific net namespace,
enable IB core to accept netlink commands in non init_net namespaces.

This is done by having per net namespace netlink socket.

At present only netlink device handling client RDMA_NL_NLDEV supports
device handling in multiple net namespaces. Hence do not accept netlink
messages for other clients in non init_net net namespaces.

089b645d19 RDMA/mlx4: Separate creation of RWQ and QP
The mlx4 WQ is implemented with HW QP without special HW object. Current
implementation which tried to reuse the code did it with common QP
creation flows. Such decision caused to the absence of mlx4_ib_wq struct,
which is needed to ensure proper allocation of ib_wq inside of IB/core.

Separate create_qp_common() to pure QP flow and to create_rq() for RWQ.

Admittedly, it's not easy to say what CONFIG_EMBEDDED really should be
doing, just as it's not easy to say what is "embedded".

In any case, the very description of MEDIA_SUBDRV_AUTOSELECT
specifies that embedded systems usually don't want
to enable this autoselect option.

Therefore, drop the default-yes, when the CONFIG_EMBEDDED is chosen.

a29a0a467e Merge branch 'access-creds'
The access() (and faccessat()) credentials change can cause an
unnecessary load on the RCU machinery because every access() call ends
up freeing the temporary access credential using RCU.

This isn't really noticeable on small machines, but if you have hundreds
of cores you can cause huge slowdowns due to RCU storms.

It's easy to avoid: the temporary access crededntials aren't actually
normally accessed using RCU at all, so we can avoid the whole issue by
just marking them as such.

9154e60c4e drm/via: copy DRM_WAIT_ON as VIA_WAIT_ON and use it
VIA_WAIT_ON() is a direct copy of DRM_WAIT_ON() from
drm_os_linux.h.
The copy is made so we can avoid the dependency on the legacy header.
A more involved approach had been to introduce wait_event_* but for this
legacy driver the simpler and more safe approach with a copy of the
macro was selected.
Added the relevant header files for the functions used in VIA_WAIT_ON.

6e7ca09b58 btrfs: Fix deadlock caused by missing memory barrier
Commit 06297d8cef ("btrfs: switch extent_buffer blocking_writers from
atomic to int") changed the type of blocking_writers but forgot to
adjust relevant code in btrfs_tree_unlock by converting the
smp_mb__after_atomic to smp_mb. This opened up the possibility of a
deadlock due to re-ordering of setting blocking_writers and
checking/waking up the waiter. This particular lockup is explained in a
comment above waitqueue_active() function.

Fix it by converting the memory barrier to a full smp_mb, accounting
for the fact that blocking_writers is a simple integer.
