Netfilter/IPVS fixes for net

The following patchset contains Netfilter updates for your net tree,
they are:

1) Fix missing initialization of the range structure (allocated in the
   stack) in nft_masq_{ipv4, ipv6}_eval, from Daniel Borkmann.

2) Make sure the data we receive from userspace contains the req_version
   structure, otherwise return an error incomplete on truncated input.
   From Dan Carpenter.

3) Fix handling og skb->sk which may cause incorrect handling
   of connections from a local process. Via Simon Horman, patch from
   Calvin Owens.

4) Fix wrong netns in nft_compat when setting target and match params
   structure.

5) Relax chain type validation in nft_compat that was recently included,
   this broke the matches that need to be run from the route chain type.
   Now iptables-test.py automated regression tests report success again
   and we avoid the only possible problematic case, which is the use of
   nat targets out of nat chain type.

6) Use match->table to validate the tablename, instead of the match->name.
   Again patch for nft_compat.

7) Restore the synchronous release of objects from the commit and abort
   path in nf_tables. This is causing two major problems: splats when using
   nft_compat, given that matches and targets may sleep and call_rcu is
   invoked from softirq context. Moreover Patrick reported possible event
   notification reordering when rules refer to anonymous sets.

8) Fix race condition in between packets that are being confirmed by
   conntrack and the ctnetlink flush operation. This happens since the
   removal of the central spinlock. Thanks to Jesper D. Brouer to looking
   into this.

88ff1c2f3b drm/msm/mdp4: don't care about fb in crtc
Since we are configuring things via MDP4_PIPE regs in the plane, it seems
like setting the dimensions of the primary plane on the OVLP/DMA regs in
crtc is unnecessary.  This will make life easier when we want to do a
nofb modeset.

95a9b8d10c drm/msm: Fix fbdev for 16- and 24-bit modes.
Currently forcing the video mode from the kernel command line (for example
video=HDMI-A-1:1280x720-16@60) does not correctly set the number of bits
per pixel. This is due to a rather aggressive override in
msm_fbdev_create(). This is a particular problem for Android bring up
because the software EGL fallbacks don't support 32bpp.

Since the overrides are actually the default values anyway then this
problem can be trivially fixed by removing the overrides completely.

Change was tested by dd'ing a test image to /dev/fb0 with no video=
(still 32bpp), video=1920x1080-32@60, video=1920x1080-24@60 and
video=1920x1080-16@60 .

77a147e742 drm/msm: Allow exported dma-bufs to be mapped
Currently msm does not implement gem_prime_mmap. Without this it is not
possible to draw onto a dma-buf from userspace (making its very hard to
implement the Android rendering model).

Fixing this is just a matter of adding a little boilerplate.

067fef372c drm/msm/hdmi: refactor bind/init
Split up hdmi_init() into hdmi_init() (done at hdmi sub-device
bind/probe time) and hdmi_modeset_init() done from master driver's
modeset_init().

Anything that can fail due to dependencies on other drivers which
may be missing or not probed yet should go in hdmi_init(), so that
devm error/cleanup paths work properly.

35717d8d6f drivers: net: cpsw: Fix TX_IN_SEL offset
The TX_IN_SEL offset for the CPSW_PORT/TX_IN_CTL register was
incorrect. This caused the Dual MAC mode to never get set when
it should. It also caused possible unintentional setting of a
bit in the CPSW_PORT/TX_BLKS_REM register.

The purpose of setting the Dual MAC mode for this register is to:

    "... allow packets from both ethernet ports to be written into
     the FIFO without one port starving the other port."

49dd18ba46 ipv4: Fix incorrect error code when adding an unreachable route
Trying to add an unreachable route incorrectly returns -ESRCH if
if custom FIB rules are present:

[root@localhost ~]# ip route add 74.125.31.199 dev eth0 via 1.2.3.4
RTNETLINK answers: Network is unreachable
[root@localhost ~]# ip rule add to 55.66.77.88 table 200
[root@localhost ~]# ip route add 74.125.31.199 dev eth0 via 1.2.3.4
RTNETLINK answers: No such process
[root@localhost ~]#

Commit 83886b6b63 ("[NET]: Change "not found"
return value for rule lookup") changed fib_rules_lookup()
to use -ESRCH as a "not found" code internally, but for user space it
should be translated into -ENETUNREACH. Handle the translation centrally in
ipv4-specific fib_lookup(), leaving the DECnet case alone.

On a related note, commit b7a71b51ee
("ipv4: removed redundant conditional") removed a similar translation from
ip_route_input_slow() prematurely AIUI.

3b91270a0a x86-64: make csum_partial_copy_from_user() error handling consistent
Al Viro pointed out that the x86-64 csum_partial_copy_from_user() is
somewhat confused about what it should do on errors, notably it mostly
clears the uncopied end result buffer, but misses that for the initial
alignment case.

All users should check for errors, so it's dubious whether the clearing
is even necessary, and Al also points out that we should probably clean
up the calling conventions, but regardless of any future changes to this
function, the fact that it is inconsistent is just annoying.

So make the __get_user() failure path use the same error exit as all the
other errors do.

0dbcae8847 x86: mm: Move PAT only functions to mm/pat.c
Commit e00c8cc93c "x86: Use new cache mode type in memtype related
functions" broke the ARCH=um build.

 arch/x86/include/asm/cacheflush.h:67:36: error: return type is an incomplete type
 static inline enum page_cache_mode get_page_memtype(struct page *pg)

The reason is simple. get_page_memtype() and set_page_memtype()
require enum page_cache_mode now, which is defined in
asm/pgtable_types.h. UM does not include that file for obvious reasons.

The simple solution is to move that functions to arch/x86/mm/pat.c
where the only callsites of this are located. They should have been
there in the first place.

2cd3949f70 x86: Require exact match for 'noxsave' command line option
We have some very similarly named command-line options:

arch/x86/kernel/cpu/common.c:__setup("noxsave", x86_xsave_setup);
arch/x86/kernel/cpu/common.c:__setup("noxsaveopt", x86_xsaveopt_setup);
arch/x86/kernel/cpu/common.c:__setup("noxsaves", x86_xsaves_setup);

__setup() is designed to match options that take arguments, like
"foo=bar" where you would have:

	__setup("foo", x86_foo_func...);

The problem is that "noxsave" actually _matches_ "noxsaves" in
the same way that "foo" matches "foo=bar".  If you boot an old
kernel that does not know about "noxsaves" with "noxsaves" on the
command line, it will interpret the argument as "noxsave", which
is not what you want at all.

This makes the "noxsave" handler only return success when it finds
an *exact* match.

aea48559ac perf/x86: Add support for sampling PEBS machine state registers
PEBS can capture machine state regs at retiremnt of the sampled
instructions. When precise sampling is enabled on an event, PEBS
is used, so substitute the interrupted state with the PEBS state.
Note that not all registers are captured by PEBS. Those missing
are replaced by the interrupt state counter-parts.

60e2364e60 perf: Add ability to sample machine state on interrupt
Enable capture of interrupted machine state for each sample.

Registers to sample are passed per event in the sample_regs_intr bitmask.

To sample interrupt machine state, the PERF_SAMPLE_INTR_REGS must be passed in
sample_type.

The list of available registers is arch dependent and provided by asm/perf_regs.h

Registers are laid out as u64 in the order of the bit order of sample_intr_regs.

This patch also adds a new ABI version PERF_ATTR_SIZE_VER4 because we extend
the perf_event_attr struct with a new u64 field.

af4bdcf675 perf/x86/intel: Disallow flags for most Core2/Atom/Nehalem/Westmere events
Disallow setting inv/cmask/etc. flags for all PEBS events
on these CPUs, except for the UOPS_RETIRED.* events on Nehalem/Westmere,
which are needed for cycles:p. This avoids an undefined situation
strongly discouraged by the Intle SDM. The PLD_* events were already
covered. This follows the earlier changes for Sandy Bridge and alter.

0dbc94796d perf/x86/intel: Use INTEL_FLAGS_UEVENT_CONSTRAINT for PRECDIST
My earlier commit:

  86a04461a9 ("perf/x86: Revamp PEBS event selection")

made nearly all PEBS on Sandy/IvyBridge/Haswell to reject non zero flags.

However this wasn't done for the INST_RETIRED.PREC_DIST event
because no suitable macro existed. Now that we have
INTEL_FLAGS_UEVENT_CONSTRAINT enforce zero flags for
INST_RETIRED.PREC_DIST too.

7550ddffe4 perf/x86: Add INTEL_FLAGS_UEVENT_CONSTRAINT
Add a FLAGS_UEVENT_CONSTRAINT macro that allows us to
match on event+umask, and in additional all flags.

This is needed to ensure the INV and CMASK fields
are zero for specific events, as this can cause undefined
behavior.

47591df505 xen: Support Xen pv-domains using PAT
With the dynamical mapping between cache modes and pgprot values it is
now possible to use all cache modes via the Xen hypervisor PAT settings
in a pv domain.

All to be done is to read the PAT configuration MSR and set up the
translation tables accordingly.

bd809af16e x86: Enable PAT to use cache mode translation tables
Update the translation tables from cache mode to pgprot values
according to the PAT settings. This enables changing the cache
attributes of a PAT index in just one place without having to change
at the users side.

With this change it is possible to use the same kernel with different
PAT configurations, e.g. supporting Xen.

281d4078be x86: Make page cache mode a real type
At the moment there are a lot of places that handle setting or getting
the page cache mode by treating the pgprot bits equal to the cache mode.
This is only true because there are a lot of assumptions about the setup
of the PAT MSR. Otherwise the cache type needs to get translated into
pgprot bits and vice versa.

This patch tries to prepare for that by introducing a separate type
for the cache mode and adding functions to translate between those and
pgprot values.

To avoid too much performance penalty the translation between cache mode
and pgprot values is done via tables which contain the relevant
information.  Write-back cache mode is hard-wired to be 0, all other
modes are configurable via those tables. For large pages there are
translation functions as the PAT bit is located at different positions
in the ptes of 4k and large pages.

d8b163c4c6 sched/numa: Init numa balancing fields of init_task
We do not initialize init_task.numa_preferred_nid,
but this value is inherited by userspace "init"
process:

rest_init()->kernel_thread(kernel_init)->do_fork(CLONE_VM);

__sched_fork()

		p->numa_preferred_nid = current->numa_preferred_nid;
	else
		p->numa_preferred_nid = -1;
}

kernel_init() becomes userspace "init" process.

So, we propagate garbage nid to userspace, and it may be used
during numa balancing.

Currently, we do not have reports about this brings a problem,
but it seem we should set it for sure.

Even if init_task.numa_preferred_nid is zero, we may meet a weird
configuration without nid#0. On sparc64, where processors are
numbered physically, I saw a machine without cpu#1, while cpu#2
existed. Possible, something similar may be with numa nodes.
So, let's initialize it and be sure we're safe.
