'maxItems' equal to the 'items' list length is redundant. 'maxItems' is
preferred for a single entry while greater than 1 should have an 'items'
list.
A meta-schema check for this is pending once these existing cases are
fixed.

The correct syntax for JSON pointers begins with a '/' after the '#'.
Without a '/', the string should be interpreted as a subschema
identifier. The jsonschema module currently doesn't handle subschema
identifiers and incorrectly allows JSON pointers to begin without a '/'.
Let's fix this before it becomes a problem when jsonschema module is
fixed.

This doesn't yet do anything in the tools, but make it explicit so we can
check either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is present
in schemas.
'unevaluatedProperties' is appropriate when including another schema (via
'$ref') and all possible properties and/or child nodes are not
explicitly listed in the schema with the '$ref'.
This is in preparation to add a meta-schema to check for missing
'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties'. This has been a
constant source of review issues.

Each DW DMA controller channel can be synthesized with different
parameters like maximum burst-length, multi-block support, maximum data
width, etc. Most of these parameters determine the DW DMAC channels
performance in its own aspect. On the other hand these parameters can
be implicitly responsible for the channels performance degradation
(for instance multi-block support is a very useful feature, but having
it disabled during the DW DMAC synthesize will provide a more optimized
core). Since DMA slave devices may have critical dependency on the DMA
engine performance, let's provide a way for the slave devices to have
the DMA-channels allocated from a pool of the channels, which according
to the system engineer fulfill their performance requirements.
The pool is determined by a mask optionally specified in the fifth
DMA-cell of the DMA DT-property. If the fifth cell is omitted from the
phandle arguments or the mask is zero, then the allocation will be
performed from a set of all channels provided by the DMA controller.

Modern device tree bindings are supposed to be created as YAML-files
in accordance with dt-schema. This commit replaces the Synopsis
Designware DMA controller legacy bare text bindings with YAML file.
The only required prorties are "compatible", "reg", "#dma-cells" and
"interrupts", which will be used by the driver to correctly find the
controller memory region and handle its events. The rest of the properties
are optional, since in case if either "dma-channels" or "dma-masters" isn't
specified, the driver will attempt to auto-detect the IP core
configuration.

The examples template is a 'simple-bus' with a size of 1 cell for
had between 2 and 4 cells which really only errors on I2C or SPI type
devices with a single cell.
The easiest fix in most cases is to change the 'reg' property to for 1 cell
address and size. In some cases with child devices having 2 cells, that
doesn't make sense so a bus node is needed.

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.
Scripted with ruamel.yaml with some manual fixups. Some minor whitespace
changes from the script.

The reg in the example "<0x5fc10000 0x1000>, <0x5fc20000 0x800>"
is wrong. The register region of this controller is much smaller,
and there is no other hardware register interleaved. There is no
good reason to split it into two regions.
Just use a single, contiguous register region.
While I am here, I made the 'dma-channels' property mandatory because
otherwise there is no way to determine the number of the channels.
Please note the original binding was merged recently. Since there
is no user yet, this change has no actual impact.

Setting 'additionalProperties: false' is frequently omitted, but is
important in order to check that there aren't extra undocumented
properties in a binding.
Ideally, we'd just add this automatically and make this the default, but
there's some cases where it doesn't work. For example, if a common
schema is referenced, then properties in the common schema aren't part
of what's considered for 'additionalProperties'. Also, sometimes there
are bus specific properties such as 'spi-max-frequency' that go into
bus child nodes, but aren't defined in the child node's schema.
So let's stick with the json-schema defined default and add
