This patch adds support for 1G Fiber PHY modules (SFP+ modules). This support
comes along side support for 1G Copper PHY modules, but uses a different PHY
type (ixgbe_sfp_type_1g_sx_core).

Our NVM image creation tools have evolved over the years and there are
multiple versions contained in them, depending on the tool used to create
them. This patch outputs the NVM versions available in ethtool -i output.

This implements a bit of rework for the PFC code, making the core itself
slightly more pluggable and moving out the gpio chip handling completely.
The API is preserved in such a way that platforms that depend on it for
early configuration are still able to do so, while making it possible to
migrate to alternate interfaces going forward.
This is the first step of chainsawing necessary to support the pinctrl
API, with the eventual goal being able to decouple pin function state
from the gpio API while retaining gpio chip tie-in for gpio pin functions
only, relying on the pinctrl/pinmux API for non-gpio function demux.

PTP initialization is only done on supported parts, so remove needs
same checks or it will cause crashes on systems with igb devices that
don't support PTP. This patch adds those checks to the exit function.

drm/i915: reset the GPU on context fini
broke module unload because it reset the gpu before we've stopped
touching it. Later on in the unload sequence the ringbuffer code
complained that the gpu would idle properly (because intel_gpu_reset
only resets the hw and not our sw state).
v2: Reorder things so that we reset the gpu _before_ we release the
backing storage of the default context.

This patch fixes a memory leak that was introduced in the 3.4 kernel. The
leak occurred when FCoE was enabled and traffic was passed over the FCoE
rings reserved for FCoE. The memory leak was due to us not populating the
compound page information on the order 1 pages needed for FCoE.

i210/i211 device has only 16 RAR address filters like 82575, instead of
32 like i350. This patch removes the entries for i210/i211 in the
get_invariants function which was setting them for 32. This ensures that
they will get the default value which is the correct one.

Current implementation of unfreeze_partials() is so complicated,
but benefit from it is insignificant. In addition many code in
do {} while loop have a bad influence to a fail rate of cmpxchg_double_slab.
Under current implementation which test status of cpu partial slab
and acquire list_lock in do {} while loop,
we don't need to acquire a list_lock and gain a little benefit
when front of the cpu partial slab is to be discarded, but this is a rare case.
In case that add_partial is performed and cmpxchg_double_slab is failed,
remove_partial should be called case by case.
I think that these are disadvantages of current implementation,
so I do refactoring unfreeze_partials().
Minimizing code in do {} while loop introduce a reduced fail rate
of cmpxchg_double_slab. Below is output of 'slabinfo -r kmalloc-256'
when './perf stat -r 33 hackbench 50 process 4000 > /dev/null' is done.

slab_node() could access current->mempolicy from interrupt context.
However there's a race condition during exit where the mempolicy
is first freed and then the pointer zeroed.
Using this from interrupts seems bogus anyways. The interrupt
will interrupt a random process and therefore get a random
mempolicy. Many times, this will be idle's, which noone can change.
Just disable this here and always use local for slab
from interrupts. I also cleaned up the callers of slab_node a bit
which always passed the same argument.
I believe the original mempolicy code did that in fact,
so it's likely a regression.

The effect of using a short single-channel scan
to reset the radio is that scanning a channel
that isn't in use needs to re-tune the radio.
This means that the dwell time is irrelevant,
so use a shorter time.
While at it, clean up the code for this a bit.

My commit 26a7ca9a71 ("iwlwifi: refactor EEPROM reading/parsing")
broke the 11n_disable module parameter's BIT(0) to disable all HT
operation (using the other bits to disable aggregation only was
unaffected). Restore this by overriding the SKU when parsing the
EEPROM if the module parameter is set.

This webcam works mostly ok, exept with skype.
Skype sends lots of ctrl messages to dynamically ajust
record level. If for some reasons it pokes some error
every thing goes broken:
- first pulseaudio blocks sound for all apps
- then video is reseted
- then skype freez
dmesg has lots of messages like:
cannot set freq 16000 to ep 0x86"
Setting ignore_ctl_error=1 fixes this problem.

Use the new irqdomain support in the WM8994 driver to dynamically allocate

Input packet processing for local sockets involves two major demuxes.
One for the route and one for the socket.
But we can optimize this down to one demux for certain kinds of local
sockets.
Currently we only do this for established TCP sockets, but it could
at least in theory be expanded to other kinds of connections.
If a TCP socket is established then it's identity is fully specified.
This means that whatever input route was used during the three-way
handshake must work equally well for the rest of the connection since
the keys will not change.
Once we move to established state, we cache the receive packet's input
route to use later.
Like the existing cached route in sk->sk_dst_cache used for output
packets, we have to check for route invalidations using dst->obsolete
and dst->ops->check().
Early demux occurs outside of a socket locked section, so when a route
invalidation occurs we defer the fixup of sk->sk_rx_dst until we are
actually inside of established state packet processing and thus have
the socket locked.

use gpio_set_value_cansleep instead of gpio_set_value.

power_supply_changed() events are triggerd based on the return value
of a get_property() call. However the property TECHNOLOGY is
hard-coded to LION in this driver, thus always succeeds.
So, with the battery removed, this triggers a false battery present
uevent. This uevent triggers a new query via power_supply_uevent()
which again starts to query all known properties and thus leads to
an infinite loop of battery present/not-present uevents.
This patch skips the battery presence detection for the hard-coded
property TECHNOLOGY.

The charger needs usb3v1 to be running, so add a new consumer to
keep it running.
This allows the charger to draw current even when the USB driver has

This allows a voltage and current (bb_uvolts and bb_uamps) to be
specified in the platform_data, and charging of the backup battery will
be enabled with those specification.
As it is not possible to monitor the backup battery at all there is no
new device created to represent it.

Don't pretend that inet_protos[] and inet6_protos[] are hashes, thay
are just a straight arrays. Remove all unnecessary hash masking.
Document MAX_INET_PROTOS.
Use RAW_HTABLE_SIZE when appropriate.
