The request URI is not a header and needs to be treated differently than
real SIP headers. Add a seperate function for parsing it and get rid of
the POS_REQ_URI/POS_REG_REQ_URI definitions.

SDP and SIP headers are quite different, SIP can have continuation lines,
leading and trailing whitespace after the colon and is mostly case-insensitive
while SDP headers always begin on a new line and are followed by an equal
sign and the value, without any whitespace.
Introduce new SDP header parsing function and convert all users that used
the SIP header parsing function. This will allow to properly deal with the
special SIP cases in the SIP header parsing function later.

After mangling the packet, the pointer to the data and the length of the data
portion may change and need to be adjusted.
Use double data pointers and a pointer to the length everywhere and add a
helper function to the NAT helper for performing the adjustments.

Marvell PHY m88e1111 (not sure about other models, but think they too)
works in two modes: fiber and copper. In Marvell PHY driver (that we
have in current community kernels) code supported only copper mode,
and this is not configurable, bits for copper mode are simply written
in registers during PHY initialization.
This patch adds support for both modes.

o eliminate tx lock in netxen adapter struct, instead pound on netdev
tx lock appropriately.
o remove old "concurrent transmit" code that unnecessarily drops and
reacquires tx lock in hard_xmit_frame(), this is already serialized
the netdev xmit lock.
o reduce scope of tx lock in tx cleanup. tx cleanup operates on
different section of the ring than transmitting cpus and is
guarded by producer and consumer indices. This fixes a race
caused by rx softirq preemption on realtime kernels.

o separate and simpler irq handler for msi interrupts, avoids few checks
than legacy mode.
o avoid redudant tx_has_work() and rx_has_work() checks in interrupt
and napi, which can uncork irq based on racy (lockless) access to tx
and rx ring indices. If we get interrupt, there's sufficient reason to
schedule napi.
o replenish rx ring more often, remove self-imposed threshold rcv_free
that prevents posting rx desc to card. This improves performance in
low memory.

Recent netxen firmware has new scheme of generating MSI interrupts, it
raises interrupt and blocks itself, waiting for driver to unmask. This
reduces chance of spurious interrupts.
The driver will be able to deal with older firmware as well.

For bonding interfaces any attempt to read the sysfs directory contents after
module removal results in an oops. The fix is to release sysfs attributes
for the interfaces upon module unload.

Fix two compiler warnings that are new with recent versions of gcc
(apparently 4.2 and up). One is fixed by refactoring; this change was
supplied by Stephen Hemminger. The other was fixed by labelling the
variable as uninitialized_var() after confirming via inspection that it
cannot actually be used uninitialized.

The 802.3ad state machine lock can be acquired in both softirq and
not softirq context, but was not held at _bh to prevent a deadlock (which
could occur if a LACPDU arrived and was processed while the lock was
held).
Corrected this, now hold the state machine lock at _bh to prevent
deadlock.

We need to set up the destination NAT mapping before the source NAT
mapping, so the NAT core gets to see the final tuple and can decide
whether the source port needs to be remapped.

Introduce expectation classes and policies. An expectation class
is used to distinguish different types of expectations by the
same helper (for example audio/video/t.120). The expectation
policy is used to hold the maximum number of expectations and
the initial timeout for each class.
The individual classes are isolated from each other, which means
that for example an audio expectation will only evict other audio
expectations.

This is useful for the SIP helper and signalling expectations.
We don't want to create a full-blown expectation with a wildcard
as source based on a single UDP packet, but need to know the
final port anyways. With inactive expectations we can register
the expectation and reserve the tuple, but wait for confirmation
from the registrar before activating it.

NF_CT_TUPLE_DUMP prints IPv4 addresses as IPv6, fix this and use printk
(guarded by #ifdef DEBUG) directly instead of pr_debug since the tuple
is usually printed at the end of line and we don't want to include a
log-level.

commit 3620f2f2f3 sets the cid of
ACPI video/dock/bay device and leaves the hid empty.
As a result, "modalias" should export the cid for
devices which don't have a hid.
ACPI Video driver is not autoloaded with
commit 3620f2f2f3 applied.
"cat /sys/.../device:03(acpi video bus)/modalias" shows nothing.
ACPI Video driver is autoloaded after revert that commit.
"cat /sys/.../LNXVIDEO:0x/modalias" shows "acpi:LNXVIDEO:"

This fixes the builtin RTL8139 NIC on the Medion MD9580-F laptop. The
BIOS reports the interrupt routing incorrectly. I recently added a
quirk to work around this, and this patch fixes a typo in the quirk.
We pad every ACPI pathname component to four characters, so ".ISA." will
never match anything. We need ".ISA_." instead.

This adds /sys/kernel/phyp_dump_active so that kdump init scripts may
look for it and take appropriate action if this file is found. This
file is only created when phyp_dump has been registered.

This adds a kernel command line option "phyp_dump", which takes a 0/1
value for disabling/ enabling phyp_dump at boot time. Kdump can use
this on cmdline (phyp_dump=0) to disable phyp-dump during boot when
enabling itself. This will ensure only one dumping mechanism is active
at any given time.

This tracks the size freed. For now it does a simple rudimentary
calculation of the ranges freed. The idea is to keep it simple at the
external shell script level and send in large chunks for now.

Check to see if there actually is data from a previously
crashed kernel waiting. If so, allow user-space tools to
grab the data (by reading /proc/kcore). When user-space
finishes dumping a section, it must release that memory
by writing to sysfs. For example,
echo "0x40000000 0x10000000" > /sys/kernel/release_region
will release 256MB starting at the 1GB. The released memory
becomes free for general use.

Initial patch for reserving memory in early boot, and freeing it
later. If the previous boot had ended with a crash, the reserved
memory would contain a copy of the crashed kernel data.

The functions time_before, time_before_eq, time_after, and
time_after_eq are more robust for comparing jiffies against other
values.
This implements usage of the time_after() macro, defined at
linux/jiffies.h, which deals with wrapping correctly.
