When pages are not 4K, PGDIR table is allocated with kmalloc(). In order to
optimise TLB handlers, aligned memory is needed. kmalloc() doesn't provide
aligned memory blocks, so lets use a kmem_cache pool instead.

Kernel MMU handling code handles validity of entries via _PMD_PRESENT which
corresponds to V bit in MD_TWC and MI_TWC. When the V bit is not set, MPC8xx
triggers TLBError exception. So we don't have to check that and branch ourself
to TLBError. We can set TLB entries with non present entries, remove all those
tests and let the 8xx handle it. This reduce the number of cycle when the
entries are valid which is the case most of the time, and doesn't significantly
increase the time for handling invalid entries.

For nohash powerpc, when we run out of contexts, contexts are freed by stealing
used contexts in-turn. When a victim has been selected, the associated TLB
entries are freed using _tlbil_pid(). Unfortunatly, on the PPC 8xx, _tlbil_pid()
does a tlbia, hence flushes ALL TLB entries and not only the one linked to the
stolen context. Therefore, as implented today, at each task switch requiring a
new context, all entries are flushed.
This patch modifies the implementation so that when running out of contexts, all
contexts get freed at once, hence dividing the number of calls to tlbia by 16.

PMCs on PowerPC increases towards 0x80000000 and triggers an overflow
interrupt when the msb is set to collect a sample. Therefore, to setup
for the next sample collection, pmu_start should set the pmc value to
0x80000000 - left instead of left which incorrectly delays the next
overflow interrupt. Same as commit 9a45a9407c ("powerpc/perf:
power_pmu_start restores incorrect values, breaking frequency events")
for book3s.

commit f5a41847ac ("ipvs: move ip_route_me_harder for ICMP")
from 2.6.37 introduced ip_route_me_harder() call for responses to
local clients, so that we can provide valid rt_src after SNAT.
It was used by TCP to provide valid daddr for ip_send_reply().
After commit 0a5ebb8000 ("ipv4: Pass explicit daddr arg to
ip_send_reply()." from 3.0 this rerouting is not needed anymore
and should be avoided, especially in LOCAL_IN.

If the user has requested an override of the min_perf_pct via
sysfs, then it should be restored whenever policy is updated,
such as on resume. Take the max of whatever the user requested
and whatever the policy is.

When thermal or other subsystem requests to change the policy,
use that irrepective of whether cpufreq policy is PERFORMANCE or
not. Without this change, when thermal subsystem passive policy wants
to reduce performance, it still runs at 100%.

This patch adds "turbo_pct" to the intel_pstate sysfs interface.
turbo_pct will display the percentage of the total supported
pstates that are in the turbo range. This value is independent

The cpupower tool, when compiled against libcpupower.so fail's to run as
the linker file path's are missing during compilation. So added changes
in the Makefile to run cpupower tool, which helps us run the tool
without doing a 'make install'.

Commit c2dd114d24 ("ARM: EXYNOS: fix register setup for AFTR mode
code") added S5P_CENTRAL_SEQ_OPTION register setup fix for all
Exynos SoCs to AFTR mode code-path. It turned out that for coupled
cpuidle AFTR mode on Exynos4210 (added by the next patch) applying
this fix causes lockup so enable it in the AFTR mode code-path only
on SoCs that require it (in the suspend code-path it can be always
applied like it was before commit c2dd114d24 ("ARM: EXYNOS: fix
register setup for AFTR mode code")

This enables the recently added display nodes on the firefly and evb,
letting the boards output graphic data over the hdmi port.
This includes enabling of i2c5 on the evb that is used for ddc probing and
setting the lcd-regulators to always on until the hdmi driver learns
about using them.

A recent patch tried to work around a valid warning for the use of a
deprecated interface by blindly changing from the old
pcmcia_request_exclusive_irq() interface to pcmcia_request_irq().
This driver has an interrupt handler that is not currently aware
of shared interrupts, but can be easily converted to be.
At the moment, the driver reads the interrupt status register
repeatedly until it contains only zeroes in the interesting bits,
and handles each bit individually.
This patch adds the missing part of returning IRQ_NONE in case none
of the bits are set to start with, so we can move on to the next
interrupt source.

The ni65 and lance ethernet drivers manually program the ISA DMA
controller that is only available on x86 PCs and a few compatible
systems. Trying to build it on ARM results in this error:

The cosa driver is rather outdated and does not get built on most
platforms because it requires the ISA_DMA_API symbol. However
there are some ARM platforms that have ISA_DMA_API but no virt_to_bus,
and they get this build error when enabling the ltpc driver.

The cs89x0 driver can either be built as an ISA driver or a platform
driver, the choice is controlled by the CS89x0_PLATFORM Kconfig
symbol. Building the ISA driver on a system that does not have
a way to map I/O ports fails with this error:

this is a pull request of 12 patches for net-next/master.
There are 3 patches by Ahmed S. Darwish, which update the kvaser_usb
driver and add support for the USBcan-II based adapters. Stéphane
Grosjean contributes 7 patches for the peak_usb driver, which add
support for the CANFD USB adapters. I contribute 2 patches which clean
up the peak_usb driver structure a bit.

As printk() invocation can cause e.g. a TLB miss, printk() cannot be
called before the exception handlers have been properly initialized.
This can happen e.g. when netconsole has been loaded as a kernel module
and the TLB table has been cleared when a CPU was offline.
Call cpu_report() in start_secondary() only after the exception handlers
have been initialized to fix this.
Without the patch the kernel will randomly either lockup or crash
after a CPU is onlined and the console driver is a module.

Since commit cd1e65044d ("of/device: Don't register disabled
devices"), the disabled device will not be registered at all. So we
don't need to do the check again in the platform device driver.

When we've run out of space in the output buffer to store more data, we
will call zlib_deflate with a NULL output buffer until we've consumed
remaining input.
When this happens, olen contains the size the output buffer would have
consumed iff we'd have had enough room.
This can later cause skb_over_panic when ppp_generic skb_put()s
the returned length.

When many pf_packet listeners are created on a lot of interfaces the
current implementation using global packet type lists scales poorly.
This patch adds per net_device packet type lists to fix this problem.
The patch was originally written by Eric Biederman for linux-2.6.29.
Tested on linux-3.16.
