Mauro Carvalho Chehab	a822b2ee26	docs: core-api: avoid using ReST :doc:foo markup ... The :doc:`foo` tag is auto-generated via automarkup.py. So, use the filename at the sources, instead of :doc:`foo`. Mauro Carvalho Chehab	c9b54d6f36	docs: move other kAPI documents to core-api ... There are a number of random documents that seem to be describing some aspects of the core-api. Move them to such directory, adding them at the core-api/index.rst file.
