So far we tried to rely on the SCSI 'all target ports' bit to register
all path, but for many setups this didn't work properly as the different
paths are seen as separate initiators to the target instead of multiple
ports of the same initiator. Because of that we'll stop setting the
'all target ports' bit in SCSI, and let device mapper handle iterating
over the device for each path and register them manually.

These only work if the we use the same initiator ID for all path,
which might not be true if we use different protocols, or even just
different HBAs.
Instead dm-mpath will grow support to register all path manually
later in this series.

from 100ms to 10ms") always intended the value to be 10 msecs -- it
just expressed it in jiffies because earlier commit 7eaceaccab ("block:
remove per-queue plugging") did.

Add "delta_disks" constructor argument support to raid1 to allow for
consistent userspace disk addition/removal handling.
Fix raid_status() to report all raid disks with status and table output
on disk adding reshapes, not just the ones listed on the mddev; optimize
its rebuild and writemostly output.

Resizing a RAID set during recovery can be allowed, because the MD
resynchronization thread will either stop any ongoing recovery in case
of shrinking below the current recovery position or carry on recovery
to the new size if the set is growing.

Add function rs_setup_recovery() to allow for defined setup of RAID set
recovery in the constructor.
Will be called with dev_sectors={0, rdev->sectors, MaxSectors} to
recover a new or enforced sync, grown or not to be synhronized RAID set
respectively.
Prevents recovery on raid0, which doesn't support it.
Enforces recovery on raid6 to ensure properly defined Syndromes
mandatory for that MD personality are being created.

FW will provide a TX rate per link for each FW status,
and wlcore will be able to store the information for
the use of the mesh hwmp module.
This is used mainly in mesh.
Rates are reported when a mesh interface is up.

The dummy ruleset I used to test the original validation change was broken,
most rules were unreachable and were not tested by mark_source_chains().
In some cases rulesets that used to load in a few seconds now require
several minutes.

This ruleset will be about 74mbyte in size, with ~500k searches
though all 500k[1] rule entries. iptables-restore will take forever
(gave up after 10 minutes)
Instead of always searching the entire blob for a match, fill an
array with the start offsets of every single ipt_entry struct,
then do a binary search to check if the jump target is present or not.
After this change ruleset restore times get again close to what one
gets when reverting 3647234101 (~3 seconds on my workstation).
[1] every user-defined rule gets an implicit RETURN, so we get
300k jumps + 100k userchains + 100k returns -> 500k rule entries

For multiple REG Host Commands (e.g HostCmd_CMD_802_11_EEPROM_ACCESS,
HostCmd_CMD_MAC_REG_ACCESS etc.) "cpu_to_leX"-converted values are
saved to driver. So, "leX_to_cpu" conversion is required too many
times afterwards in driver.
This patch reduces the endian: conversion without saving "cpu_to_leX"
converted values in driver. This will convert endianness in prepare
command and command response path.

When building with separate object directories and driver specific
Makefiles that add additional header include paths, Kbuild adjusts
the gcc flags so that we include both the directory in the source
tree and in the object tree.
However, due to another bug I fixed earlier, this did not actually
include the correct directory in the object tree, so we know that
we only really need the source tree here. Also, including the
object tree sometimes causes warnings about nonexisting directories
when the include path only exists in the source.
This changes the logic to only emit the -I argument for the srctree,
not for objects. We still need both $(srctree)/$(src) and $(obj)
though, so I'm adding them manually.

There are very few files that need add an -I$(obj) gcc for the preprocessor
or the assembler. For C files, we add always these for both the objtree and
srctree, but for the other ones we require the Makefile to add them, and
Kbuild then adds it for both trees.
As a preparation for changing the meaning of the -I$(obj) directive to
only refer to the srctree, this changes the two instances in arch/x86 to use
an explictit $(objtree) prefix where needed, otherwise we won't find the
headers any more, as reported by the kbuild 0day builder.

When $(LINUXINCLUDE) is added to the cflags of a target that
normall doesn't have it (e.g. HOSTCFLAGS), each entry in the
list is expanded so that we search both $(objtree) and $(srctree),
which is a bit silly, as we already know which of the two we
want for each entry in LINUXINCLUDE.
Also, a follow-up patch changes the behavior so we only look in
$(srctree) for manually added include path, and that breaks finding
the generated headers.
This adds an explicit $(objtree) for each tree that we want to
look for generated files.

arch/$(hdr-arch)/include/generated/uapi is included twice in the
header search path, which is unnecessary, so this changes the
top-level Makefile to drop the second instance by filtering out
everything from USERINCLUDE that was already part of LINUXINCLUDE.
This should have very little effect other than making the 'make V=1'
output slightly smaller and making the build time faster by a miniscule
amount, but it seems to be cleaner.

When we build with O=objdir and objdir is directly below the source tree,
$(srctree) becomes '..'.
When a Makefile adds a CFLAGS option like -Ipath/to/headers and
we are building with a separate object directory, Kbuild tries to
add two -I options, one for the source tree and one for the object
tree. An absolute path is treated as a special case, and don't add
this one twice. This also normally catches -I$(srctree)/$(src)
as $(srctree) usually is an absolute directory like /home/arnd/linux/.
The combination of the two behaviors however results in an invalid
path name to be included: we get both ../$(src) and ../../$(src),
the latter one pointing outside of the source tree, usually to a
nonexisting directory. Building with 'make W=1' makes this obvious:
cc1: error: ../../arch/arm/mach-s3c24xx/include: No such file or directory [-Werror=missing-include-dirs]
This adds another special case, treating path names starting with ../
like those starting with / so we don't try to prefix that with
$(srctree).

loop_until_timeout() replaced a do {} while loop in the at24 driver
with a for loop which, under certain circumstances (such as heavy load
or low value of the write_timeout argument), can lead to the code in
the loop never being executed.
Make sure that at least one iteration of the code enclosed within
loop_until_timeout() is always executed.

The titles at the media books were misleading, and some books
were not numbered.
Rename the kAPI book to better reflect its contents, be more
consistent on the initial rst file for each book and better
name them.

I ended by adding twice each media header, because I saw some
missing stuff at the documents. It seems it was my mistake,
as everything seems to be there.
So, remove those extra stuff, to avoid duplicating the

vgic_its_cmd_handle_mapi has an extra "subcmd" argument, which is
already contained in the command buffer that all command handlers
obtain from the command queue. Let's drop it, as it is not that
useful.

There is no need to have separate functions to validate devices
and collections, as the architecture doesn't really distinguish the
two, and they are supposed to be managed the same way.
