617123ae38 [media] airspy: logging changes
Kernel logging system needs pointer to usb interface device in
order to print names and bus numbers properly. There was wrong
device pointer given and log printings wasn't correct.

Remove some debug logging from v4l2 ioctl functions. v4l2 core debug
prints almost same information when enabled.

48849a4150 iwlwifi: mvm: Refactor and fix max probe len computation
Move iwl_mvm_max_scan_ie_len function to scan.c and fix the
implementation to conform with the LMAC scan API.
Since the correct implementation would leave us with unacceptably
tiny probes, add a workaround which returns a larger value.
In current implementation it's possible that unified_scan_lmac and
unified_sched_scan_lmac would return -ENOBUFS.

Pull ARM fixes from Russell King:
"Fixes for ARM, the most notable being the fix from Nathan Lynch to fix
the state of various registers during execve, to ensure that data
can't be leaked between two executables.

Fixes from Victor Kamensky for get_user() on big endian platforms,

A fix from Sudeep Holla for affinity setting when hotplugging CPU 0.

A fix from Stephen Boyd for a perf-induced sleep attempt while atomic.

Lastly, a correctness fix for emulation of the SWP instruction on

efed66407d iwlwifi: mvm: rs: fix logic in case of multiple TIDs
In case of traffic on multiple TIDs where one is aggregated
and the other is not RS would toggle between considering
traffic vs. the station as aggregated and not aggregated.
Instead consider the sta state as aggregated as long as
there's at least one TID aggregated.
This limitation is because the rates table is kept per
station and not per TID.

a7130442b0 iwlwifi: mvm: report all BA notifs to RS
Currently BA notifications which don't reclaim any frames
would not cause the RS to be called as no skbs are passed
to mac80211. This is not optimal as RS can benefit from the
statistics of sent vs. acked of such a BA. This can improve the
reaction time of the RS algorithm. Also, an upcoming change in
the firmware would cause BA timeout to be reported as a BA notif
with 0 acked so this change is required for that as well.

8ab17fc92e ACPI / hotplug: Generate online uevents for ACPI containers
Commit 46394fd01 (ACPI / hotplug: Move container-specific code out of
the core) removed the generation of "online" uevents for containers,
because "add" uevents are now generated for them automatically when
container system devices are registered. However, there are user
space tools that need to be notified when the container and all of
its children have been enumerated, which doesn't happen any more.

For this reason, add a mechanism allowing "online" uevents to be
generated for ACPI containers after enumerating the container along
with all of its children.

6a40281ab5 sched: Fix end_of_stack() and location of stack canary for architectures using CONFIG_STACK_GROWSUP
Aaron Tomlin recently posted patches [1] to enable checking the
stack canary on every task switch. Looking at the canary code, I
realized that every arch (except ia64, which adds some space for
register spill above the stack) shares a definition of
end_of_stack() that makes it the first long after the
threadinfo.

For stacks that grow down, this low address is correct because
the stack starts at the end of the thread area and grows toward
lower addresses. However, for stacks that grow up, toward higher
addresses, this is wrong. (The stack actually grows away from
the canary.) On these archs end_of_stack() should return the
address of the last long, at the highest possible address for the stack.

Bits 8-31 of all registers reflect the value of bits 0-7 on reads and should be

c9a9ef4170 i2c: tegra: Move clk_prepare/clk_set_rate to probe
Currently the i2c-tegra bus driver prepares, enables
and set_rates its clocks separately for each transfer.
This causes locking problems when doing I2C transfers
from clock notifiers; see
http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/linux-arm-kernel/2014-July/268653.html

This patch moves clk_prepare/unprepare and clk_set_rate calls to
the probe function, leaving only clk_enable/disable to be
done on each transfer. This solves the locking issue.

e625305b39 percpu-refcount: make percpu_ref based on longs instead of ints
percpu_ref is currently based on ints and the number of refs it can
cover is (1 << 31). This makes it impossible to use a percpu_ref to
count memory objects or pages on 64bit machines as it may overflow.
This forces those users to somehow aggregate the references before
contributing to the percpu_ref which is often cumbersome and sometimes
challenging to get the same level of performance as using the
percpu_ref directly.

While using ints for the percpu counters makes them pack tighter on
64bit machines, the possible gain from using ints instead of longs is
extremely small compared to the overall gain from per-cpu operation.
This patch makes percpu_ref based on longs so that it can be used to
directly count memory objects or pages.

percpu_ref's WARN messages can be a lot more helpful by indicating
who's the culprit. Make them report the release function that the
offending percpu-refcount is associated with. This should make it a
